There are thousands of people who compete every year in Ironman events around the U.S. and internationally. While it is an individual sport, each individual is supported by a team of family, friends, bike mechanics, massage therapists, nutritionists, patient bosses, riding partners etc. This blog gives the reader a bird's eye view of the individual training, trials, and tribulations and the critical support of the village behind eventual success.
I thought about riding to work but I'm trying to hold true to the plan. Still, to miss such a glorious day.....
