Today's Workout: Enduring the swim
Up at 5 AM today. Abs then off to the pool.
As I was swimming my long 500 meter sets I was trying to think like a fish, be slippery in the water. Today I thought I swam like a scared puffer fish, big and slow. It was a mental thing per the usual. 2,550 meters the hard way--long sets (although I'd say that if they were sprint sets too). I was happy to be done.
Off To Truckee, CA via Chicago--never smart in the summer storm season. Going to get in a run tomorrow at elevation. I have no doubt getting to One 4 will not require much effort.
