Today's Workout: Worry

It's an off day today so I'm preoccupied with worry. Hurricane Dean is heading straight to Cancun where I am scheduled to race on September 23. Cancun is completely unprotected from storms and if it hits it will cause an incredible amount of damage. Last year when I raced there damage was still evident from the storm two years before, recovery is always slow when damage is so widespread. It will be a loss not to race there but more importantly I feel connected to those who live and work there. My thoughts are with their safety.
