Living on the trainer
I did a two hour spinerval today. I wanted to try for three hours but I am trying not to overdue the foot. I followed with 30 minutes of yoga--some consistency in that department would help my very tight and inflexible hips.
The hand is still bugging me today, limited flexibility there so no swimming is probably a good thing (when isn't it). Tomorrow, I'm not sure where I might find myself. It is supposed to be cold so getting up to go swim or lift weights may prove mentally challenging. Still, I would hate to ride three days in a row and that is my only alternative.
