A day of rest
After last evenings frustrating swim, a day of rest. My form was a mess last night which lead to a struggle in the pool.
We did, however, do some interesting drills--swim 3 x 100 breathe every third on the first 25, every fifth on the second 25, every seventh on the third 25 and every 9th in the final 25. If you want to feel pain try it. You'll think no big deal for the first half and you'll be praying for the wall on the second half. Mercy, mercy.
