It's something
An hour in the pool today with my friend the pull buoy. All I did was swim and flip, swim and flip. Well once I deviated and swam 10 laps with paddles. The good news is my flip turn is nearly thoughtless except for remembering to push off only with the good foot.
I hit the weight room for upper body weights. This is my life for a while, it does not please me but I do not want to return to my days of pain. Patience, patience, patience.
