A run
Up at 4:30, out for a cold and windy run. Who cares about the weather though wehn your body is feeling pretty good. Best run in quite a while, maybe the cold distracted my pain sensors.
Upon returning I did 30 minutes of yoga only mistakenly I did power yoga which involves balance. Shaky legs with not a great balance base to begin with, not a good mix. Tomorrow, back in the pool.
