I still hate swimming
In the pool today. It's tough to go swimming when the wind chill is 10 degrees and the pool at the Y gets hotter the colder it is outside. Today the water was 86--tiring, very tiring. I spent some time on the flip turns today. They were very good at the beginning of my swim but as with anything, once I get tired my form dissolves. I started reverting to missing the wall when I turned.
After swimming I spent an hour in the weight room working both upper and lower body. I thought about a run but it just did not make sense today. Maybe tomorrow, more then likely I'll just be on the bike for my last workout until after I get my foot repaired.
