Today's Workout: Da Bike
Immediately upon returning from NM, I dropped my bags, put my bike on the trainer and hopped on for an hour. I opted for a 60-minute Spinerval DVD for my planned easy 60-minute ride. The DVD I selected I recalled being easy but in minutes I was dripping sweat all over the floor. A bit of speed work, a bit of time trialing--all with attention to cadence. Suffice it to say, I had a very good workout but I would not classify it as easy.
Tomorrow, the trifecta. Oh yeah, back in training.
