A day off
After a midnight arrival, and wrapping my mind around the 3 hour time difference, a day off could not be better planned. Tomorrow, my favorite run along the piers of San Francisco.

The Road to an Ironwoman
There are thousands of people who compete every year in Ironman events around the U.S. and internationally. While it is an individual sport, each individual is supported by a team of family, friends, bike mechanics, massage therapists, nutritionists, patient bosses, riding partners etc. This blog gives the reader a bird's eye view of the individual training, trials, and tribulations and the critical support of the village behind eventual success.
