Rest for the not so weary
No workout today and given that my training hours are not exorbitant the rest is almost lost on me. This weekend I hope to be on the bike twice, in the weight room twice, swim at least once and mix in some yoga. Given the long weekend, maybe I can even get a leg up on next week's training--who knows.
Meanwhile, I await the arrival of my Newton running shoes. Perhaps I can at least wear them around the house or just look at them and take in their newness.
